TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Role as Facilitators (Not Creators)

Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP), operating under our legally registered corporate entity ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), operates strictly as a Private Matchmaking Facilitator and Consultancy Service. We provide professional, personalized, and respectful family introductions based on the specific requirements and criteria you provide to us.

• The Nature of Our Service (No Physical Commodities): By registering, the client explicitly understands and agrees that our services are entirely introductory, advisory, and process-based. Unlike a physical product, tangible commodity, or fixed document processing service—where a specific physical delivery can be guaranteed—matrimonial consultation relies entirely on human alignment, mutual consent, and individual choice. We do not sell or guarantee an ultimate marital outcome.
• Divine Will & Luck (Naseeb): We firmly believe and honor that Marriage (Nikah) is a sacred union decreed solely by Allah (SWT) and is deeply tied to the destiny, timing, and personal fortune (*Naseeb*) of the individual client. ARP operates only as a humble, diligent vehicle conducting the search on your behalf; we do not "create" destiny, nor can we force its timeline.
• Service vs. Outcome: The payment of service fees covers our manual consultancy labor, strict data filtering, administrative overhead, and dedicated search efforts. Registration within our private circle means you are paying for this intensive operational process. Therefore, fees are paid for the work performed, **regardless of whether a final match is found, accepted, or successfully married**.
• Introductions: The sharing of prospective profiles is strictly non-time-bound. Our matchmaking process depends entirely on the real-time availability of an active candidate who meets your multi-layered criteria. If no compatible match exists currently within our registry, the client must wait patiently until a suitable profile is verified by us.

2. Availability & Timing Protocol

We always prioritize compatibility over quantity to protect your family's standards. Our profile sharing process is strictly governed by the following operational protocols:

• Strictly Subject to Availability: Profile searching and sharing are 100% dependent on whether a truly compatible match exists in our database that perfectly aligns with your specific criteria, including Sect, Caste, Education, Location, and Family Background.
• The Requirement of Patience: If a compatible match does not currently exist within our private registry, the client must wait. We will never share irrelevant, superficial, or poor-quality profiles simply to satisfy an artificial timeframe or timeline.
• No Time Obligations: We are not bound to share profiles on a rigid daily or weekly basis. Our team shares high-quality introductions immediately and only when a genuine, manually assessed match is found.

3. Refund Policy & Activation

Upon receipt of payment, our specialized team immediately begins our intensive manual vetting process, database filtering, and dedicated consultant allocation. Because our costs are incurred through this immediate labor, our commercial policies are defined as follows:

• 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request a full refund within exactly 24 hours of your initial payment. However, a 10% Administrative Fee will be strictly deducted from the amount to cover payment gateway bank charges and immediate administrative labor incurred under our corporate structure.
• Absolute Non-Refundability Based on Process: After the 24-hour grace period has passed, all registration and service fees are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances. Because you are paying for our professional search labor and database access—and not a guaranteed physical result—this non-refundable policy remains strictly binding **even if a compatible match is not found within our database, if you decide to halt your search, or if you find a match independently through another source.**

4. Limitation of Liability & Verification Disclaimer

Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP) and our parent company ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited facilitate personal introductions based strictly on the biographical and familial data provided directly to us by our registered clients. We do not act as a private intelligence or physical investigation agency.

• Information Assessment: Our professional role is strictly limited to assessing families and candidates based on the shared data and declarations provided to us. We do not legally own, guarantee, or vouch for the absolute objective truth of any profile's hidden background, verbal claims, documentation, or individual character.
• No Physical Verification: We do not conduct physical home visits, corporate office inspections, or verify the financial, property, and wealth claims made by any member. We do not provide undercover physical surveillance or background investigations.
• Mandatory Family Due Diligence: It is the exclusive, binding responsibility of both participating families to thoroughly verify each other’s credentials before making decisions. This includes, but is not limited to: checking original national identity documentation, verifying academic degrees, researching family reputation, checking employment status, analyzing medical history, and confirming residential addresses.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: By using our matrimonial service, you explicitly agree that you will not hold ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited, its management, or its staff liable for any fake information, fraudulent claims, forged documents, or hidden facts provided by a candidate. We are not responsible for any candidate's "hidden agendas" or deliberate misrepresentation of social status.
• Post-Introduction Events: Once a mutual family introduction is successfully made, our formal professional duty is considered fully complete. We are not legally or morally responsible for any disputes, familial conflicts, financial losses, or emotional distress resulting from a failed engagement, broken communication, or future marriage.

5. Code of Conduct & Termination

To protect the sacred nature of our work and the privacy of our database, all clients must strictly adhere to our behavioral guidelines:

• Proprietary Data Protection: All profiles, bio-data records, and personal family photographs shared with you are strictly confidential. Screenshotting, saving, copying, or sharing these private details with third parties or digital platforms will result in immediate service termination without refund and the issuance of a formal legal notice by ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited.
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the absolute right to terminate service immediately and without a refund for any clients who are verbally abusive or disrespectful to our staff, provide falsified data during enrollment, or exhibit extreme impatience that violates our professional boundaries.

Binding Acknowledgment

By proceeding with your onboarding payment to ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited for the services of Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP), you legally confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms. You explicitly acknowledge the strictly non-refundable nature of our services and fully accept our role as facilitators whose success is entirely dependent on genuine match availability and Divine Will.
