TERMS OF SERVICE

Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP) operates strictly as a Private Matchmaking Facilitator and Consultancy Service. We provide professional, personalized, and respectful family introductions based on the specific requirements you provide to us. We are not a marriage agency, a legal intermediary, or a guarantor of any marital outcome.

• No Guaranteed Marriage Outcome: By registering, the client explicitly understands that our services are entirely introductory, advisory, and process-based. We do not sell or guarantee an ultimate marital outcome of any kind.
• Divine Will & Naseeb: We firmly believe and honour that marriage (Nikah) is a sacred union decreed solely by Allah (SWT) and is deeply tied to the personal destiny and timing of the individual. ARP operates only as a diligent, professional vehicle conducting the search on your behalf. We do not create destiny, nor can we accelerate its timeline.
• Service vs. Outcome: Payment of service fees covers our manual consultancy labor, compatibility research, profile curation, administrative coordination, and dedicated search effort. Fees are paid for this intensive process — regardless of whether a final match is found, accepted, or leads to marriage.

Asli Rishta Pakistan is not a profile listing service. We do not maintain a public or semi-public directory of candidates and we do not randomly share profiles in bulk. Every introduction we facilitate is the result of deliberate, manual, human-driven compatibility research.

• No Random Proposals: We do not send weekly or monthly "batches" of profiles simply to demonstrate activity. Every introduction is purposeful. Clients who receive three highly compatible profiles over six months have received more value than clients who receive thirty unsuitable ones over the same period.
• Criteria-First Approach: Our consultants assess sect, caste (where applicable), education tier, professional standing, family structure, geographic base, and cultural alignment before any introduction is made. No profile is shared without this multi-point compatibility assessment.
• Human Curation Only: There is no algorithm. No automated matching. Every profile recommendation is made by a named senior consultant who has reviewed both family profiles personally. This is why our process takes time — and why it works.
• Registry Limitations: Our registry, while extensive, is finite. If no genuinely compatible match exists for a client at a given time, no introduction will be forced. The client must wait until a suitable candidate registers or becomes available. This is a feature of our quality-first approach, not a failure of service.

We always prioritize compatibility over speed. Our profile-sharing process is governed by availability, not timelines.

• Subject to Availability: Profile searching and sharing are 100% dependent on whether a truly compatible match currently exists in our private registry that authentically aligns with your specific criteria including sect, caste, education, location, profession, and family background.
• Patience is Required: If a compatible match does not currently exist, the client must wait. We will never share irrelevant, superficial, or poor-quality profiles simply to appear active or meet an artificial timeline expectation.
• No Fixed Timeline Obligations: We are not bound to share profiles on a rigid daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Our team shares introductions immediately and only when a genuine, manually assessed match is identified. Demanding a profile by a particular date constitutes a violation of our professional protocols.
• Registry Expansion: Our consultant team is continuously expanding the registry. A suitable match that does not exist today may register with us next month. Clients are encouraged to trust this process rather than pressure our consultants for premature or unsuitable introductions.

Upon receipt of payment, our team immediately begins the manual vetting process, database filtering, and consultant allocation. Our costs are incurred through this immediate labor and our commercial policies reflect this.

• 24-Hour Grace Period: A full refund may be requested within exactly 24 hours of the initial payment. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover bank processing charges and immediate administrative labor incurred.
• Strict Non-Refundability After 24 Hours: After the 24-hour grace period, all registration and service fees are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances — including if a compatible match is not found, if you decide to pause or halt your search, if you find a match independently, if your personal circumstances change, or if you choose to withdraw from the process at any stage.
• Immediate Termination Scenarios: If service is terminated by ARP due to a breach of conduct, code violations, misrepresentation, or any other client-side violation outlined in these terms, no refund will be issued regardless of how recently the fee was paid.

Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP) facilitates personal introductions based strictly on the biographical and familial data provided directly to us by our registered clients. We do not act as a private intelligence agency, legal investigator, or physical verification service.

• Assessment Based on Shared Data: Our professional role is limited to assessing families based on the information voluntarily shared with us. We do not legally own, guarantee, or vouch for the absolute objective truth of any profile's background, verbal claims, or documentation.
• No Physical Verification: We do not conduct home visits, corporate office inspections, or verify financial, property, or wealth claims made by any member. We do not provide surveillance, background investigation, or undercover verification services.
• Mandatory Family Due Diligence: It is the exclusive, binding responsibility of both participating families to independently and thoroughly verify each other's credentials before making any decisions. This includes verifying original identification documents, academic degrees, employment status, financial standing, family reputation through trusted community networks, and residential addresses.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: By using our service, you explicitly agree not to hold ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited, its management, or its consultants liable for any fake information, fraudulent claims, forged documents, or hidden facts provided by a candidate. We are not responsible for any candidate's deliberate misrepresentation of character, status, or circumstances.
• Post-Introduction Events: Once a mutual family introduction is successfully facilitated, our formal professional duty in respect of that introduction is considered complete. We are not responsible for any disputes, conflicts, financial losses, emotional distress, or harm resulting from a failed engagement, broken communication, or future marriage difficulties.

Asli Rishta Pakistan operates within a framework of mutual dignity. Our consultants work with deep personal care for every family in our circle. In return, we require that all clients maintain the same standard of respect and professional conduct toward our team at all times.

The following behaviors will result in immediate, permanent termination of service without notice, without refund, and — where applicable — with formal legal action:

• Rude, Harsh, or Disrespectful Language: Any form of rude, condescending, dismissive, insulting, or verbally aggressive language directed at our consultants — whether via WhatsApp, email, phone, or any other channel — will result in immediate service termination. There is no warning issued. A single instance is sufficient grounds for termination.
• Undue Pressure & Unrealistic Demands: Placing inappropriate pressure on our consultants to deliver profiles faster than the compatibility process allows, demanding guarantees that cannot be provided, or repeatedly challenging our professional judgment in a disrespectful manner constitutes a violation of our conduct standards.
• Threats of Any Kind: Any form of threat — explicit or implied — directed at our consultants, the organization, our management, or any associated party will result in immediate termination and referral to legal counsel.
• Harassment of Consultants: Contacting our consultants outside of reasonable professional hours with non-urgent demands, sending repeated messages in short succession, or engaging in any form of communication that constitutes harassment will result in immediate termination.
• Misrepresentation During Registration: Providing false, exaggerated, or deliberately misleading information about family background, education, profession, financial standing, age, or any other biographical detail during registration or at any subsequent stage constitutes a fundamental breach of contract and grounds for immediate termination.
• Unauthorized Contact with Shared Profiles: Attempting to independently contact a family or individual whose profile was shared by us — bypassing our consultant — without explicit mutual consent facilitated through our office is a serious violation and grounds for immediate termination.

The reputation of Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP) is built on years of trust, discretion, and genuine service to respected families. Any attempt to damage that reputation through digital or public channels — regardless of the reason or perceived grievance — will be treated as a serious legal and contractual matter.

The following actions are explicitly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate legal action:

• Negative Social Media Campaigns: Publishing, sharing, or inciting negative reviews, complaints, accusations, or disparaging content about Asli Rishta Pakistan on any social media platform — including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, or Snapchat — whether under your real identity or anonymously.
• False or Misleading Public Statements: Making any false, exaggerated, or misleading public statement — verbal or written — about the nature of our services, our consultants, or any outcome of your engagement with us.
• Online Review Harassment: Publishing defamatory or retaliatory reviews on Google, Trustpilot, or any other review platform with the intention of damaging our professional standing.
• WhatsApp Group Broadcasts: Sharing negative or misleading statements about our services in any WhatsApp group, family group, community group, or any other broadcast channel — digital or physical.
• Third-Party Incitement: Encouraging, instructing, or inciting other individuals — whether registered clients or not — to take any of the above actions against us on your behalf.

When we share a profile, biographical detail, or any information about another registered family with you, that information is shared in the strictest confidence. It is entrusted to you as part of a private, bilateral introduction — not as general information for your personal use.

• Strict Confidentiality Obligation: All profile details, bio-data records, family photographs, contact information, and any other personal information shared by our consultants must be treated as strictly confidential. This information belongs to the family who shared it — not to you.
• Zero Forwarding Policy: You are explicitly prohibited from screenshotting, saving, copying, printing, forwarding, sharing, or broadcasting any profile information provided to you — to any third party, through any channel, for any purpose. Violation of this clause is a serious breach of both our terms and Pakistani data protection principles.
• Immediate Termination & Legal Action: Any breach of the confidentiality obligation will result in immediate and permanent service termination without refund, and a formal legal notice will be issued by ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited against the breaching party.
• Accuracy of Your Own Information: You are obligated to ensure that all information you provide about your own family is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. Any material change in your circumstances — such as a change in employment, overseas status, health, or marital status — must be communicated to our consultant promptly.

• Age Requirement: All matrimonial candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Registrations submitted on behalf of individuals below legal adulthood will be rejected and any fees paid will be forfeited.
• Single Registration: Each individual may only be registered as a candidate once and under a single active file. Duplicate registrations under different family members or contact details are prohibited.
• Accurate Intentions: Registration implies a genuine, sincere intention to pursue a lawful, halal marital alliance. Any registration made for frivolous, exploratory, or non-matrimonial purposes will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
• Absolute Right to Refuse: ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited reserves the unconditional right to refuse registration to any individual or family, or to terminate an active registration, at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. This right exists to protect the integrity of our private circle and the wellbeing of all registered families.
• Termination Without Notice: In cases of conduct violations, misrepresentation, breach of confidentiality, or digital misconduct, service will be terminated immediately and without prior warning. No notice period is required or provided.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from the engagement of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this document will always be published at aslirishta.pk/terms. Continued engagement with our services following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
